Cash or Cashiers/Certified Check Bid Security received by the Purchasing Department after the latest date/time for submitting Bid Proposals will result in rejection of the Bidder's Bid Proposal for non-responsiveness. Cash or Cashiers/Certified Bid Security must be submitted by the Bidder to the Purchasing Department in a sealed envelope with the exterior prominently marked with the Bidder's name, Project Name and Bid Number. The Purchasing Department address is: Simi Valley Unified School District, 101 West Cochran Street, Simi Valley, California 93065 Contractors' License Classification. Bidders must possess the following classification(s) of California Contractors License at the time that the Bid Proposal is submitted and at time the Contract for the Work is awarded: B - General Building or C20 with a C10 The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal or in the bidding.
