Elements that are anticipated to be replaced include the control room, the tramway cabins, tram carriages, hangers, haul rope, deflection sheaves, electrical equipment, and other incidentals. The following elements are anticipated to remain on site: top and bottom stations with select equipment replaced and/or upgraded, all three towers, and the track rope system.
