Anticipated Contract Terms Term 1: Execution Date - December 31, 2024 Term 2 (Renewal Year 1): January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 Term 3 (Renewal Year 2): January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 Term 4 (Renewal Year 3): January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027 Term 5 (Renewal Year 4): January 1, 2028 - December 31, 2028
