The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal according to the specifications set forth within this document The County intends to use the results of this process to award contracts to 1) a primary HVAC servicer for preventative maintenance support, and 2) primary and secondary HVAC servicers for emergent service support at the Dane County Department of Waste & Renewables' Renewable Natural Gas Facility. Question Submission Deadline: November 17, 2023, 2:00pm Question Response Deadline: November 24, 2023, 2:00pm Notification of Intent to Award (estimated):December 22, 2023 Agreement & Project Start Date (estimated):January 15, 2024 Renewal terms must be agreed upon mutually by COUNTY and PROVIDER. Anticipated Contract Terms Term 1: Execution Date - December 31, 2024 Term 2 (Renewal Year 1): January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 Term 3 (Renewal Year 2): January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 Term 4 (Renewal Year 3): January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027 Term 5 (Renewal Year 4): January 1, 2028 - December 31, 2028
