Renovation of an educational facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the work consists of: replacing the existing fire suppression standpipe system with a new combination standpipe and a new fire sprinkler system throughout the building. A new fire suppression riser and fire department connection will be included. Provide a new water service off Henry Mall. A portion of the existing ceilings will be removed to accommodate the installation of the fire suppression piping. Where ceilings are removed new acoustical tile or gypsum board ceilings will be provided as. In addition, new LED lighting will be provided at all new ceilings. Provide additional fire alarm points to monitor fire suppression system. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. General prime contractor bids that do not include the successful MEP bids will be rejected.
