Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 3,000-square-foot office development.
In general, the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Project site is located at 2125 Commercial Avenue in Madison, WI. The Commercial Avenue Campus is located approximately 2 miles southwest of the main campus and west of Packers Avenue. The facility will remain operational during construction. The scope of the project includes renovation of approximately 3,000 sf of a first-floor industrial classroom which will be converted into an office suite, creating 2 additional offices within Suite 120, and adding a display case within the existing corridor adjacent to Suite 135. The proposed work is broken down into the following scope of work: Create Suite 139 Renovate portions for existing rooms 135 and 141 to create a new office suite. Bid Bond is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. A. Work can begin December 18, 2023, and be complete by May 31, 2024.
