DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The City of Miramar is seeking bids from qualified firms for the construction of a prefabricated self-ventilated ADA compliant freestanding Single user toilet restroom building at Fairway Park. The City of Miramar is seeking bids from qualified bidders to complete the work which includes, but is not limited to all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and incidentals, as necessary for the construction of a prefabricated self-ventilated ADA compliant free-standing Cortez Double Flush toilet restroom building (see Attachment A) at Fairway Park, located at 3700 Largo Dr, Miramar, FL 33023. 1. The Structure and foundation will be designed and permitted by the contractor/vendor per City's code or ordinance and current Florida building code for wind speed at the subject property. The City's building department shall review and approve all signed and sealed drawings and corresponding documents, as submitted by the Contractor, prior to the issuance of the permit and commencement of construction, as required. 2.
