No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Miramar is seeking a Contractor to complete the following services, to include, but not limited to; all necessary labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, installation and incidentals for the cleaning and rehabilitation of two (2) anaerobic digesters, processing and disposal of digester contents, and replacement of associated piping and equipment in accordance with the Contract Documents. The commencement date shall be established in the Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall commence the Work within 10 Days from the commencement date. The Work shall be Substantially Complete within 180 Calendar Days after the commencement dategiven in the Notice to Proceed. The Work shall be Finally Completed for full acceptance by the City within 210 Calendar Days after the commencement date given in the Notice to Proceed.
