Renovation of a municipal facility in Platte City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Mechanical equipment replacement and upgrades for various buildings. The new work will consist removal and replacement of existing mechanical equipment and other improvements as noted. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities andirregularities. Bid security will be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or Bid Bond with Platte County, Missouri the named beneficiary. Annual Wage Order MO. 29, Section 083, Platte County as published by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards is hereby incorporated into the Procurement and Contracting Requirements by reference. Bidders are to verify that the current and latest wage order is complied with.
