Renovation of a residential development in Delray Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit quotes from qualified contractors to Install Flat Deck Cap Sheet Roof W/ Slope Roof Transition, Install Hurricane Clips, Install New Roof, Install Exterior Door, Install Impact Sliding Glass Door, Install Impact Window, Return Garage to Original Use, Install Ceramic Floor Tile, Install Tub/Shower, Install Vanity W/Sink, Replace Shower, Install Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detectors W/ Arc Fault, Repair Electrical Service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Quote. Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, or other acceptable alternative, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (Refer to Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirement. Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes a pass-thru allowance. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Periscope S2G will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on the final bid tabulation. Undefined General Allowance ($3,000). The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City. Proposals will be accepted through a secure mailbox at Periscope S2G (www.PeriscopeS2G.com) until the Deadline for Submission as indicated in this Quick Quote. Late Bids will not be accepted.
