Renovation of a hospitality development in Vallejo, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.

**As of January 11, 2024, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Vallejo Public Works Department (City) is soliciting bids from qualified service providers to perform reroofing services on Zio Fraedos in Vallejo, Ca, in accordance with the Scope of Work described in the Bid Documents and all applicable Federal and California State laws and regulations pertaining to reroofing and safety. The work includes but is not limited to: removing and disposing of existing roof, installation of 30-year asphalt shingle roofing system and removal and reset of HVAC unit. The City of Vallejo reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof, to accept a bid or portion thereof, and to waive any informality. The cut off time for submission of questions is 2:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) on November 2, 2023. Any questions received after this time will not receive a response By E-mail to the Project Manager: nick.causbrook@cityofvallejo.net Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a cashier's check, certified check or Bidder's bond made payable to the City of Vallejo in the among of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount as bid security. Bid bonds shall be issued by a corporate surety duly admitted and authorized to issue bonds and undertakings by the State of California and on the form provided by the City.
