The anticipated start of construction is April 15, 2024; the anticipated substantial completion date October 31,2024 with the anticipated completion date, including all punch list work is November 15,2024, respectively. Failure to meet these dates may result in liquidated damages. The County reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids and in bidding and to reject any or all proposals.
