The Comprehensive Modernization of Silverado High School includes the replacement of the concrete slab on grade plaza sections, replacing the sealant at vertical masonry control joints and sealant around doors and windows; repainting the underside of metal canopies and all metal railing and entry gates; repainting the existing smooth CMU exterior walls, refinish EIFS panels, new access ladders on the roof, new 80 mil single-ply roofing overlay and replacement of Kalwal skylights; the repair and replacement of doors and hardware, plumbing, sewer lines, existing restrooms will be renovated to include new ceramic tile and plumbing fixtures; heating, ventilation and air conditioning components, exhaust fans, boilers, chillers, pumps and building automation controls; replacing audiovisual components, fire alarm, intrusion control and closed-circuit television systems, network and clock intercom upgrades and the infrastructure for a future access control system. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractors License with the Classification of AB, B, B-2.
