SWACO is accepting sealed bids for the 2024 Landfill South Cap Closure Construction at the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, subgrade preparation, excavation and placement of fill, placement of recompacted soil barrier, installation of geosynthetic cap system: geomembrane and geocomposite, installation of protective layer, constructing surface water terraces and down chutes, access roads, and other associated work.
