The Project will be divided into the following individual bids: Bid A - Orbal Equipment Bid B - Filter Equipment Bid C - Valving The owner will award the individual bids based upon the overall, lowest responsive, responsible bidder for each bid. The Owner requires that all vendors include an estimated delivery date on the bid form where indicated for each bid submitted and provide documentation from their manufacturer(s) supporting delivery date claimed on the Bid Form with their bid. The Owner reserves the right to take delivery date into consideration during the awarding process. Document notes : All bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246 which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex or national origin. All bidders must comply with title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Anti-Kickback Act and the Contract Workhours Act. The Owner's location designated for delivery of the material will be provided at the time of Notice of Award is provided to the awarded bidder. The attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, and compliance with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements, if applicable. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Bid Price but not more than $10,000.00. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, bidder's address and name of the project. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 15 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to take delivery date into consideration during the awarding process. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
