The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for constructing an archery range on State Game Lands (SGL) #180. The scope of the project includes construction of shooting station shelters, concrete sidewalks, target stations, wood post walls, chain link fence and painting lines and symbols on an existing paved parking area. PERFORMANCE SECURITY / CONTRACT BONDS - Within 10 days after award of the purchase order, the Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded, shall provide Contract Performance Security and a Payment Bond in a form acceptable to the Commonwealth for the amounts listed below and in accordance with the Contract Terms and Conditions. A Performance Bond at one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract in accordance with the plans, specifications and conditions of the contract. A Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
