23WHM SGL 248 Shooting Range. The scope of the project includes removing vegetation that would interfere with the work, demolishing existing tables, concrete slabs and steel target uprights, constructing earth embankments, constructing shooting station shelters, installing new shotgun pattern stations, installing new steel target uprights, constructing stone paths, constructing concrete sidewalks and seeding disturbed earth areas. The Commonwealth reserves the right t o reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. All questions regarding the IFB must be submitted in writing to the email address of the Issuing Officer provided in the solicitation. While there is no set timeline for the submittal of questions, questions received within 48 hours prior to the bid due date and time will be answered at the discretion of the Commonwealth.
