The specific site within the park is located adjacent and to the east of the existing cafe along 4th street. Project Location: 300 Market Avenue N., Canton, OH 44702. All questions should be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the bid opening. This is 6/6/2024, 2:00:00 PM Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Purchasing Department, at purchasing@cantonohio.gov. The total estimated construction cost for the Base Bid Work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $368,010.50. After submission and opening, no bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the City reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility
