Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Airway Heights, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
As of December 27, 2023, the project has not been awarded. An award is expected to be made in January, 2024. This Contract provides for the extension of 10th Avenue from Garfield Road to Hayford Road with roadway construction consisting of grading, stormwater facilities, paving with HMA, curbing, concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, illumination, landscaping and irrigation, traffic signal installation, temporary traffic control, and other work. Any questions regarding the bid-package should be submitted only in writing to rfouts@ardurra.com with subject line including """210460 10th Avenue - Bid Question.""" Answers to questions will be posted periodically online in the Plan Room with responsibility of the bidder to check for project updates. City of Airway Heights, Parametrix, Inc. and Ardurra Group, Inc. are not responsible for costs of associated with assembling the bid, nor will these parties be responsible for delays associated with bid delivery. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications. All questions shall be directed in writing to ReBecca Fouts at Ardurra rfouts@ardurra.com.
