Renovation of a residential development in East Spencer, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Town of East Spencer is seek- ing general contractors for the rehabilitation of two (2) homes (one rebid) funded under the Town's Community Development Block Grant - Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) program. The bidder must be licensed as a NC General Contractor if the individual unit bid is greater than $30,000. Contracts will be awarded based on a competitive bidding process.
