This is a Request for Quote for commercial services. The solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR part 13. Simplified acquisition procedures will be followed. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set aside. The NAICS Code is 238220 with a size standard of $15 million dollars, or less. USDA APHIS PPQ intends to issue one Firm fixed price IDIQ contract as a result of this solicitation. Quoters are advised to carefully review the RFQ's quotation package required submittals specified in this document. Missing, incomplete, or ambiguous information may result in unfavorable evaluation for that factor and may not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest priced offer. It is the quoter's responsibility to ensure completeness of the quotation package being submitted.
