The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for; Tower deconstruction (Tower Demo Labor/Mobilization, Crane, Lift Rental) at Ames Maintenance Garage located at 57073 U.S. HWY 30 East, Ames, IA 50010 Labor and equipment necessary to deconstruct tower at Ames DOT Garage. Following deconstruction, the tower will be stored at the Ames DOT Garage. Contractor is required to provide all materials, equipment and labor for the deconstruction of tower as per plans/specifications outlined on the Line Item tab. This includes the disposal of all debris off site. Please e-mail all questions to Jerrod.Okland@iowadot.us before the question cutoff deadline of 11/09/2023. Estimated project end date- 11/30/2023 (This includes resolution to all punch list items, inspections and DOT acceptance typically used in construction bids).
