Site work for a water / sewer project in Smithfield, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
With each request for Bidding Documents supply the following information: Company name, contact person, street address, phone number, and email address for Bidding point of contact; N.C. contractor's license with limitation and classification; indicate if the firm will be a Prime bidder, Supplier or Sub-Contractor. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including any addenda, obtained from a source other than the Issuing Office (Hazen and Sawyer). The Work will be financed by the State Revolving Fund loan under the Federal Clean Water Revolving Loan and Grant Act of 1987 (CS370560-18). Bidder shall make positive efforts to use small and minority-owned businesses and comply with NC Division of Water Infrastructure MBE/WBE requirements and GS 143-128. The contracted bidder shall comply with federal AIS and Davis Bacon requirements throughout the project. The Johnston County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Bids shall be accompanied by either a Bid Bond for 5% of the full amount of the Bid, issued by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina; or by a certified check, cashier's check Performance and Payment Bond shall be in the full amount of the Bid Question Deadline 01/25/2024
