This contract is for furnishing labor, materials and equipment for upgrading and modification works at Tocaloma Pump Station. The work to be done is located in Tocaloma Pump Station at coordinates 38.054714N, -122.760087W in Marin County, California. The Contractor performing work under this contract shall possess a class A Contractor's license which is valid in the State of California at the time the contract is awarded. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in said bids.
