Award: Turkey Creek HDD, in the amount of $151,382.20 construction of approximately 310 linear feet of 10" water distribution line, and associated appurtenances entitled: WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM EXTENSION APPROXIMATELY 315 FEET OF 10" WATER LINE TO SERVE 22001 US HIGHWAY 87 CANYON, TEXAS A cashier's check, certified check or acceptable bidder's bond, payable to the Owner in an amount equal to not less than five percent of the bid submitted, must accompany each bid as guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Bidder will, within fifteen days after receipt of Contract Documents, enter into a contract with the Owner and will execute bonds on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Any bid received after the time and date listed above will be returned unopened and will not be considered. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and inform themselves regarding all local conditions. Performance and Payment bonds shall be set forth in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness, the Owner reserves the right to adopt such interpretations as may be most advantageous or to reject the bid as informal. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 45 days from the bid opening date.
