The Electric Division of Bowling Green Municipal requests sealed bids on metal utility poles. BGMU may accept the total order at one delivery or incremental deliveries. Please provide pricing and lead time (in weeks) for total delivery and incremental deliveries with incremental quantities and lead times. Any bid received at the designated location after the required time and date specified for receipt shall be considered late and non-responsive and will not be evaluated for award. Faxed or emailed responses will not be evaluated for award. All bidders are welcome to attend. All prices shall include freight charges to BGMU's Electric Operation Center at 150 E. Main Ave. 42101. Expected delivery times shall also be provided on the bid sheet. All bids must be good for sixty (60) days from the bid opening date. Bowling Green Municipal Utilities reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or to accept the lowest bid or lowest evaluated bid. All bids shall be evaluated on the following criteria: Cost, Qualifications/Experience, Past Record with BGMU, References, Timeliness, Compliance with Bid Specifications, Quality of Materi- als, Financial Stability, and Com- pliance with Law.
