Awards. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Department of Parks & Parkways is in need of a qualified contractor to clean the HVAC system air ducts in both its Admin and Annex office buildings (two buildings, both with three floors), which are located on its 2829 Gentilly Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70122 campus. The cleaning will need to take place on the weekend, so as not to disrupt work during regular hours. Work will need to be performed on a Saturday or Sunday.
