Renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of November 22, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This entire project is within Millard West High School , 5710 South 176th Avenue , Omaha , Nebraska 68135 . The project consists of the partial reroof of the building as shown on the Drawings . Bid Security: Cash or a certified check, cashier s check, money order, or bank draft payable to Millard Public Schools, or a bid bond executed by the bidder, in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Owner may reject any or all bids or waive defects in any bid if it be in his interest to do so. In addition, the Owner reserves the right to elect to not seek award of bid and to make such decision up to the point of seeking award from the Board of Education. Submit all questions about Bidding Documents to the Architect. Replies will be issued to all Prime Bidders of record as Addenda to the Drawings and Project Manual, and will become part of the Contract. The Architect/ Engineer and the Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received less than 48 hours before the bid opening that will affect project construction schedule or project cost cannot be answered. Questions that involve clarification of the Bidding Documents can be answered until the bid date and hour.
