Westside Community Schools in Omaha, NE, invites proposals for Construction Manager at Risk services on the Westside Community Schools ABC District Office Renovation project. Question Deadline 11/30/2023 at 2:00 PM CT Project Scope 1.1 The District is requesting SOQ's for Construction Manager at Risk Services to renovate the ABC District Office building. ABC Building is located at 909 South 76th Street, Omaha Nebraska. 1.2 The project consists interior renovation of approximately 9,700 GSF, Vertical transportation, and mechanical system upgrades. Sustainable design and construction practices will be used to optimize the learning environment; however LEED certification will not be pursued. Maintaining project timelines and budget will be of the upmost importance. 1.3 While this project is under construction the Staff will remain in the current facility. Phasing plans to be developed to minimize down time for the staff.
