The City of Fairbon will be installing a traffic signal at the intersection of Chapelgate Dr & E Xenia Dr. Work includes, but is not limited to: o ODOT standard black signal supports with mast arms o NOTE: The signal supports have been ordered by the City of Fairborn. This contract will entail installation of the supports only. o New signal cabinet and controller with UPS battery backup o LED vehicular signals with backplates o Radar detection o LED countdown pedestrian signals o Audible pedestrian pushbuttons o Temporary traffic signal installation to coincide with the opening of Sheetz Development o ADA curb ramps and updated crosswalk markings The undersigned agrees that the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept that bid which is considered in the best interest of the City of Fairborn.
