As of November 29, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 4, 2023. Engineers Estimate - $150,000.00 Bids must be submitted on the forms in the Contract Documents and other conditions therein described must be met. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked "2023 Storm Sewer Lining Project" on the face of the envelope and display the name and address of the bidder. Bid prices must be firm for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days following the bid opening date. The City of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities in bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the City of Fairfield, Ohio to do so. THE 2023 STORM SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT WILL LINE DETERIORATED CORRUGATED METAL STORM SEWER PIPES USING PVC LINING. Any discrepancies found between the Drawings and Specifications and site conditions or any inconsistencies or ambiguities in the Drawings, shall be immediately reported to the Engineer, in writing within ten (10) days from discovery of discrepancies, who shall promptly correct such inconsistencies or ambiguities in writing.
