Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

*As of July 24, 2024, the status of each Project are listed as follows: - Fine Arts & Classroom Additions to Scott Johnson MS, and the New Maintenance Facility Projects- project sub trades have already been bid, and all subcontractors have been lined up. Site work started back in May and the building pad prep is done. The main construction work could start in a week or two. - Classroom Additions to the McKinney Boyd HS - project sub trades have already been bid, and all subcontractors have been lined up. Project work could start in a week or two from now. McKinney ISD is accepting sealed proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk for the construction of the Fine Arts & Classroom Additions to Scott Johnson Middle School, Classroom Additions to McKinney Boyd High School, and New Maintenance Facility. Inquiries about the project and Request for Proposals should be addressed to: Purchasing, McKinney Independent School District, #1 Duvall Street, McKinney, Texas 75069, purchasing@mckinneyisd.net or 469-302-4002. ADDENDA: Any interpretations, corrections, supplemental instructions or changes to the bid/proposal documents will be issued by an Addenda. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. AWARD: McKinney ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids/proposals for any or all products and/or services covered in this bid/proposal request and to waive informalities or defects in bids/proposals or to accept such bids/proposals as it shall deem to be in the best interest of McKinney Independent School District. The District may award Contracts to multiple Vendors supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Vendor. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's determination regarding the type of award that provides the best value to the District. No proposer shall withdraw a proposal within forty five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.
