The proposed elevated storage tank is located on the south side of Stacy Road, West of Watters Branch Drive in McKinney, Collin County, TX. Estimate: $10,620,000 The successful bidder shall furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract sum as well as evidence of all required insurance coverage within ten (10) calendar days of notice of award.
