Masonry Restoration & Re-Roofing of 106 Public Square The property at 106 Public Square, formerly known as "City Hall" is in need of significant exterior restorations/renovations; specifically to replace the failed terracotta decorative arch over the main entrance, to repoint and repair exterior brick and stone masonry and to reroof and rebuild the east, north and south masonry parapets. Also under consideration is relocating the existing rooftop HVAC unit to a new curb to eliminate the excessive penetrations and pipe stands and extra curbs and penetrations. The CM will be allowed 270 calendar days to complete the project after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages will be assessed in the amount of One hundred dollars ($100.00) per calendar day for failure to complete the project on time
