The City of Port Orange, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional individuals and/or firms interested in providing civil engineering, traffic engineering and transportation planning, landscape architectural, environmental and planning services, geotechnical engineering services, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, feasibility and due-diligence studies, drainage studies, master planning and grant procurement and grant administration services for the City of Port Orange for preparation of a variety of projects being administered by various City departments. Deadline for Questions November 17, 2023 by 5:00 PM The City of Port Orange is soliciting qualification statements from qualified firms for professional continuous engineering consulting services. The City of Port Orange, pursuant to and in compliance with the Competitive Consultants Negotiation Act, Florida Statutes 287, Section 287.055 is seeking Letters of Interest, Statements of Qualifications and technical proposals from qualified professional individuals and/or firms interested in providing Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning, Landscape Architectural, Environmental and Planning Services, Geotechnical Engineering Services, Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, Feasibility and due-diligence studies, Drainage studies, Master planning and Grant procurement and Grant administration services and related services for the City of Port Orange for preparation of a variety of projects being administered by various City departments. Plans will be drawn in AutoCAD format unless otherwise directed. Work will normally be under the direction of the Community Development Director or assigned designee. The City will select a minimum of three, and up to seven firms who can provide all, some, or one of the category service disciplines outlined in the scope of services. Firms do not have to be able to provide all of the services listed in the scope of services. For instance, if a firm only provides Geotechnical Services, then they should state that in their initial Statement and provide all of the supporting data within the submittal to support the type of services provided.
