Kitchen Hood Test & Inspection - price listed to include cost for test and inspection. Does not include cost for repairs. Vendor to state price per visit; Perform inspections and diagnostic tests for the accessible kitchen fire suppression devices listed and currently connected to kitchen fire suppression system: Single Tank Suppression System - (1), Suppression System - Additional Tanks (1), Fusible Links - (9); DOCUMENTATION: Accessible components and devices logged for: Location of each device tested, including system address or zone location. Test results and applicable voltage readings Required device tags Requirement contract - date of issue of PO thru 6/30/24. This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award as a whole. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department. The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all Quotes, to accept Quotes from more than one Seller, and to accept Quotes on any one or more items quoted without accepting Quotes on all items. Quotes will be rejected or accepted within 60 days of the Submission Date.
