Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Evans, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The Scope of Work for the Columbia County Building A includes a new 4-story building, totaling approximately 80,000 sqft. Construction includes brick veneer masonry construction with steel framing, structural piers/piles, concrete, and CMU retaining walls, interior metal stud partitions, interior CMU partitions, single-sloped light gauge metal stud roof trusses over steel roof framing, steel framing at the elevated concrete deck, fireproofing, TPO roofing, architectural casework, audio-visual systems, and finishes typically associated with office work. Sitework includes stormwater management, grading, and utilities. Mechanical work includes a VRF System with dedicated outside air units. Electrical work includes panelboards, lighting fixtures, fire alarm, emergency generator, power, technology wiring and infrastructure; security systems (cameras, intercoms, and door controls).
