The Project consists of: Phase two of a multi-building roof replacement at Bronte ISD. This phase consists of the roof replacement of the Elementary and Secondary school buildings located at 210 S. Jefferson Street, Bronte, TX 76933. All proposals shall include a bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check payable without recourse to the Owner in the amount of five (5%) of the largest total proposal amount. This is a guarantee that the offeror will enter into a Contract and execute Contract Surety. All proposals shall also include a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, both in the amount of the Contract Sum. The cost of such bonds shall be included in the proposal. The deadline to submit questions to the Architect is 5:00 PM, November 17th, 2023. Proposals may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of proposal opening for evaluations and ranking prior to the contract award. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all qualified Proposals or waive any formalities in the process or to accept the proposal that provides the Owner the best value as per the laws of the State of Texas.
