Installation of four (4) water wells estimated depth of 100' each. This will include drilling, casting as needed; screens, graveling / grouting and cleaning / developing. Two (2) water wells will be drilled at Packsaddle WMA and two (2) water wells will be drilled at Ellis County WMA. These wells will need to be fully functional for the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation intended purposes. Water wells will be drilled and cased (10' hole & 5" PVC well casting) with an estimated depth of 100' - 125' capable of producing a minimum of 5pgm. All work will need to be completed within 30 days of notice to proceed. Drilling cannot take place in April 2024 due to Whooping Crane migration, drillin activities will be stopped if Wooping Cranes are retorted in the area. As required by Section 70914 of the infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (BABA - Buy America Build America Act. Pub. L. 117-58) the successful Contractor must sign and return Attachment A with their bid certifiying that they are compliant with all Buy America Requirements
