The Project Generally Consists of the Installation of 650 Lineal Feet of 15 and 18 Inch Diameter Rcp and Hdpe Storm Sewer, Precast Concrete Inlets, Temporary and Permanent Roadway Restoration and Other Appurtenant and Restoration Activities. A Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (l0%) of Jhe Total of The Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. A Bid Submitted Without a Bid Bond Will Be Rejected. Bidders Are Advised That Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates Are Applicable to This Project Addenda, if Any, Will Be Issued to Only Those Persons Whose Name and Address Are on Record the Owner as Having Obtained the Contract Documents. The Owner Reserves the Right Rt Ecf Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. Bids May Be Held by the Owner for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days From the Date of the Opening of Bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating the Qualifications of Bidders, Prior to Awarding the Contract.
