The Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (the "District") is seeking Proposals ("Proposals", individually a "Proposal") from interested parties ("Respondents") qualified and experienced in providing Construction Manager At-Risk ("CMAR") services in connection with the Main Campus Replacement Hospital and Pavilion North Expansion (the "Project"), including but not limited to all preconstruction and construction services (the "Work"). The District will use the one-step selection process for this RFP and award and will choose the Respondent who offers the best value to the District based on the Evaluation Criteria (as defined herein) specified in this RFP. The estimated Construction Project Budget for the Main Campus Replacement Hospital is $625,000,000. The District requires the improvements for the Main Campus Replacement Hospital to reach substantial completion no later than September 7, 2029. The District requires the improvements to reach final completion by November 7, 2029. The estimated Construction Project Budget for the Pavilion North Expansion is $48,000,000. The District requires the improvements for the Pavilion North Expansion to reach substantial completion no later than November 11, 2027. The District requires the improvements to reach final completion by December 20, 2027.
