Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Storm Drain: 260 CY Fill Existing 6' Arch Pipe with Low Strength Grout 820 LF 6'x5' RCB, Class III Box, by Open Cut 9 LF 24" RCP, Class III Pipe, by Open Cut 3 EA 8' Storm Junction Box 1 EA 9' Junction Box 1 EA 5' Curb Inlet Water: 220 LF 8" Water Line Removal 275 LF 8" Water Line Installation 12" Water Line Lowering Sanitary Sewer: 100 LF Sanitary Sewer Removal & Replacement Paving: 3,000 SY Pavement Pulverization 3,000 SY 3" Asphalt Pavement Type D PREQUALIFICATION Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 3 of 00 21 13 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
