**As of December 12, 2023, project was awarded to Peachtree Construction Ltd., awarded amount is $1,635,118.50.** All inquiries relative to this procurement should be addressed to the following: Attn: Iretomiwa Otuyelu, City of Fort Worth Email: iretomiwa.otuyelu@fortworthtexas.gov Phone: 817-392-6747 The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: 124100 SY 2" Asphalt Pvmt type D 124100 SY 2" Surface Milling 20000 LF Pavement Marking 3500 SF Concrete Driveway 2500 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 3 of 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders. City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered. Any Contract awarded under this Invitation to Bidders is expected to be funded from revenues generated from bonds, grants, etc, and reserved by the City for the Project.
