Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Peachland, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 20,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Council agreed to proceed with the construction of a standalone firehall, and not pursue a Protective Services Building nor seek to acquire more land like the nearby Peachland Baptist Church. TIMELINE: Sahuri + Associates Architecture, Inc. completed the conceptual designs. The current facility at 4401 3rd Street is no longer suitable due to age, condition and increased service demands and is not meeting regulatory requirements. Further update in late summer 2026, upon approvals.
