Mary Goff Elementary Roofing Project All bids must be accompanied by an original bid security equal to five (5%) of the total amount bid and must be in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier s Check, Bank Money Order or Bid Bond written by a company licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana. the Rapides Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Each bidder, shall submit with their bid satisfactory evidence that they have complied with the requirements of the LA Contractor's Licensing Law, Louisiana R.S. 37:2150, et seq., and are fully qualified to enter into contract with the Rapides Parish School Board. Award will not be made on the date of the bid opening, but will be awarded by the School Board at a later meeting.
