County, and a price is offered by a women or minority owned entity that is within 2% of the lowest price offered, then the women or minority owned entity shall be given
the opportunity to match the lowest price offered, and if agreement to match the lowest price is reached, the women or minority owned entity will be awarded the bid
if the women or minority owned entity is otherwise fully qualified and meets all County requirements. Scope of Work
Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, tools, incidentals, expandable items, personnel protection equipment, and transportation necessary for proper execution and
completion of maintenance, and repairs. The materials and services provided shall meet the manufactures recommended specifications for the equipment. The
materials and services provided by the Vendor shall comply with all Federal, State and local laws, rules, and regulations. Performance and Payment Bond: If a bond is required, it will be called out in the Special Conditions section of the bid. The vendor shall furnish a performance and
payment bond, in an amount equal to the amount awarded, as security for the faithful performance and payment of all the vendor's obligations under the bid documents. Award(s): As the best interest of the County may require, the right is reserved to make award(s) by individual item, group of items or as indicated in the Special
