The scoping of innovations and best practices is Phase 1 of this project and will be used to guide the update to the Comprehensive Plan and Transportation Plan in Phase 2. Phase 1 will occur in 2024 and Phase 2 will occur in 2025-2026 and will be subject to future solicitation.
