Reference number : 1777011 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-11-20 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 12 The Des Chenes School Service Center (hereinafter the "School Service Center") wishes to obtain bids in sealed envelopes to retain the services of Contractors for various construction work to be carried out on request, consisting in particular in the following areas: o Carpentry; o Replacement of ceiling tiles; o Installation of doors; o Installation of frames; o Development of interior premises; o Management of subcontractors mandated by the Contractor, if applicable. The duration of the contract is one year, from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. The School Service Center estimates its annual needs at four hundred thousand dollars ($450,000). The School Service Center reserves the right to issue a call for tenders or another method of solicitation, depending on the extent of the work to be carried out and if the estimated amount exceeds the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
