Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint John, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This work will include the construction of approximately 1560 linear feet of an 8 foot wide asphalt path and related earthwork located at Gates Park in St. John, Indiana. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check or cashiers check made payable to the Town of St. John or an acceptable bid bond in an amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana. A performance bond and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. The Town of St. John further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to award the contract to any Bidder, all to the advantage of the Town of St. John, or to reject all bids.
