Site work for a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the West Gardens of the Montreal Botanical Garden. The scope of work includes the renovation of these exhibition gardens in order to highlight them and make them accessible and inclusive while respecting their heritage aspect. The planned work will provide for: - redevelopment of six gardens; - upgrades to the road network; - integration of a new space dedicated for families and children; - renovation of water and sewer pipelines; - upgrades to improve universal accessibility of the area. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. According to the owner's scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in spring/summer 2026. Note. Project implementation may be phased.
