Renovation of a municipal facility in Johnston, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 56,823-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for the replacement of the fire alarm system at Iowa PBS, Johnston, IA 50131. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on November 4, 2024 and end on February 17, 2025. Questions must be submitted by 12:00 pm, June 17, 2024, to the Issuing Officer. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and to accept a bid that is deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa.
